Order Cancellation
We’re happy to assist with order cancellations as long as the order hasn’t been shipped.
If you wish to cancel, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To avoid inconvenience,
please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order before delivery.
Eligibility
Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
Shipping Costs
Customer-initiated returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and any outbound shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Allcurved-initiated returns: If the return is due to our mistake—such as a damaged or defective product—we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
Special Offers for Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective,please retain the original packaging and take photos of both the package and the damaged product, we’ll work with you to find the best solution as soon as possible.
In some cases, we may offer a discount if you choose to keep the item. This discount is fixed and cannot be adjusted. If you prefer, you can still proceed with the standard return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds:
PayPal: Typically processed within 24–48 hours.
Credit Card: Processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Rejected refunds:
If your refund is rejected, we’ll explain the reason and may offer a revised refund amount or an alternative solution.
If you disagree with the decision, please provide additional details so we can review your case further.
Important Note:
Once your refund has been approved, please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the funds back to your account.
